📊 General Statistical Analysis System

Organize your data and generate R scripts for ANOVA and Tukey HSD analysis

1. Data Input

Enter a descriptive name for your statistical data

Small-Scale Data Computation: For single-property analysis with multiple samples. Upload an Excel file or manually enter data. Each system operates independently.

For Large-Scale Data Computation: Click here to go to Large-Scale Data Computation

Small-Scale Data Computation: For single-property analysis. Upload an Excel file or manually enter data.

Data Format: First row contains sample names (e.g., "M1", "M2", "M3"). Each subsequent row represents a replicate (R1, R2, R3, etc.) with values for each sample.

Example Data Format:

Sample Name M1 M2 M3
R1 10.5 12.3 11.8
R2 10.8 12.1 11.9
R3 10.6 12.5 11.7

Note: The first row (header) contains sample names. Each row below represents one replicate measurement for all samples.

Click to upload Excel file or drag and drop here

Supports .xlsx, .xls files

💡 Tip: You can also paste data directly into the table below. Copy from Excel (Ctrl+C) and click on any cell, then paste (Ctrl+V). Or use the "Paste from Excel" button above.

Format: First row = headers. Column 1 = Treatments; optional Column 2 = Replicate (r1, r2, …); remaining columns = response variables. Each row = one replicate. Accepted: Treatments, Replicate, Response1, … or Treatments, Response1, … Copy from Excel (tab-separated) and paste below.

Click inside the box then Ctrl+V, or use the button above (may ask for clipboard permission).

2. Process Small-Scale Data

Uses log(value) before ANOVA and Tukey HSD. Summary displays raw mean ± SD.
